The principle
Your data is processed with the least AI exposure that gets the job done. 'Because the model is convenient' is not a reason to move your information somewhere new.
How AI is used
AI assists with drafting summaries, pattern-finding in data you've asked us to organize, and building automations. Model calls are gated through a single logged gateway, so there's a record of what went where and when.
Sensitive data
Financial records and personal data are processed through local or privacy-controlled model paths — never pasted into arbitrary consumer tools. Client financials never train anything and never leave infrastructure we control without explicit written instruction.
What we ask of you
Nothing sensitive in an application. Describe the problem, not the data. When an engagement involves sensitive material, the handling rules for it are written into that proposal.
